Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. We currently only accept orders from the United Kingdom.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
When ordering by mail please make cheques payable to Harbro Electrical Wholesale Ltd and post them with your order to 6 - 7 Whitworth Road, South West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 2LY.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We currently ship to the United Kingdom Only. Items will be despatched by courier. Where orders cannot be completed we will advise and await your instructions. We will only ship part orders when requested.
Orders under £100.00 will be subject to a carriage charge of £10.00 plus VAT. (highlands and off shore islands £30.00). On orders over £100.00 the carriage charge will be FREE. (highlands and off shore islands will be £15) |

The fixture can not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense. Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means. |
